Access instructions
Access instructions are sent to the email address used for the purchase after payment is confirmed. Any delivery timeframe stated with the order applies to that purchase.
Keep your order receipt and access instructions. A working email address, internet connection and a compatible browser or device are needed to receive instructions and use online content.
Missing email or access difficulties
Check the inbox and spam folder for the purchase email address. If you need help with access or delivery, contact contact@trailconversionuk.com and include the order reference and purchase email.
Mandatory remedies for non-delivery or nonconforming access remain unaffected. Earlier orders remain subject to their original purchase conditions.
